Nancy Widman, President

Nancy is a dedicated leader committed to empowering women in politics and strengthening conservative values within our community. With a passion for civic engagement, Nancy has worked tirelessly to support Republican candidates, advocate for key issues, and foster a network of informed and active women throughout Nassau County. Under her leadership, the Federation continues to provide educational programs, networking opportunities, and grassroots activism to ensure that women's voices are heard at every level of government.

Supporting Republicans

The New York State Federation of Republican Women (NYSFRW) is part of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW), one of the largest grassroots political organizations in the country. Representing all 62 counties, NYSFRW supports Republican candidates, elected officials, and grassroots activism. Established in 1937 with roots dating back to 1919, it includes 24 active clubs, including the Nassau County Federation of Republican Women.  Through advocacy, education, and leadership development, we empower women to strengthen the Republican Party and make an impact at every level of government.
